Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Active member of the Texas Bar, in good standing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from case inception through trial.
• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, build trust, and provide regular updates.
• Evaluate claims, prepare demands, and negotiate with insurance carriers.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court and at trial when necessary.
