Founded in 1953, SpawGlass is a 100 percent employee-owned commercial general contractor, construction manager, design/builder and civil contractor. With over 300 employees owners company-wide ranging from hourly field personnel to the president/chief executive officer, SpawGlass provided the opportunity for all team members to experience the benefits of employee ownership.
