Description

We're a B2B trading card warehousing and fulfillment company. We intake, store, and ship graded and sealed collectibles (Pokémon, One Piece, sports, and more) on behalf of partner platforms. We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to help keep our inventory organized and our shipments moving.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, careful with valuable items, and comfortable with repetitive precision work. Trading card knowledge is a plus but not required, we'll teach you what you need to know.

What you'll do

• Receive and unbox incoming packages, then sort and organize their contents
• Scan and log inventory (graded and ungraded cards, sealed products) into our system
• Handle cards and collectibles carefully, following our intake and handling procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipping
• Keep the warehouse and inventory areas organized, labeled, and accurate
• Support periodic inventory counts and audits

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach
• Ability to handle delicate, high-value items with care
• Comfort with basic computer/scanning tools (we'll train you on our systems)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
• Able to stand, lift, and move packages throughout a shift
• Trading card / TCG familiarity (Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, etc.) is a plus but not required

Nice to have

• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience
• Experience with shipping software or barcode scanning systems
• Personal interest in collectibles or trading cards

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard procedures
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, scanning tools) — training provided on our systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Ability to work independently once trained
• Comfortable handling delicate, high-value items with care
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Able to lift and move packages up to 40–50 lbs
• Able to commute reliably to our Houston, TX location
