What we're looking for
We’re building the future of Pokémon card collecting, combining physical vaulting, digital management, and a community-first experience. As our first warehouse team member, you’ll play a key role in the physical side of the platform: handling, scanning, and organizing cards and packs that our users send in.

This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that’s perfect for someone who loves trading cards, enjoys structured work, and wants to be part of something from the ground floor. As the first hire in our warehouse, there’s a strong opportunity to grow into a Warehouse Lead or Ops Manager role as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Open sealed Pokémon card packs
• Scan and upload cards into our digital platform
• Organize and store inventory in our vault system
• Handle outbound shipping when users sell or withdraw their cards
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and secure warehouse setup
• Help build the systems and processes that will scale with the business
• Potential to hire and train future warehouse team members

Requirements

Qualifications

• Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Enjoys working with trading cards or collectibles
• Has experience with warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping work (bonus, but not required)
• Can lift boxes and move around a warehouse safely
• Is comfortable with basic tech tools (scanning, uploading, labeling, etc.)
• Is excited about joining an early-stage startup and growing with the team
• Bonus: Pokémon/TCG passion
